What data Resilo handles

Resilo handles the following information on your device only:

• Profile data — body type, fitness goal, experience level, units, age, weight, height, training frequency, equipment you own
• Workout data — sessions you complete, sets you log, exercises performed, durations
• Streak and consistency data — derived from your workout history
• Weight log — entries you add manually
• Badges — achievement records based on your workout history
• GLP-1 companion mode (opt-in) — medication choice (if any), injection-reminder day/hour, protein-target override, daily protein entries
• Notification preferences — whether you opted in to motivational quotes
• Trial state — first install date, used to count down your 14-day trial

Where this data lives

1. On your device — stored in Apple's SwiftData framework, sandboxed inside the Resilo app. No other app on your phone can read it.
2. In your private iCloud database (if you're signed into iCloud) — Apple syncs the same data to your personal iCloud, encrypted by Apple, accessible only to other devices signed into the same Apple ID. We (the developers of Resilo) cannot read this iCloud database. Apple support cannot either.
3. Trial state in Keychain — your install date is stored in Apple's encrypted Keychain so it survives app deletion and reinstall (this prevents trial abuse but contains no personal information).

What data Resilo does NOT collect

Resilo collects none of the following:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone, address)
• Device identifiers (advertising ID, IDFV, IDFA)
• Location
• Photos, camera access, microphone access
• Contacts, calendar
• Health data from Apple Health (Resilo does not integrate with HealthKit)
• Analytics, telemetry, crash reports
• Usage data of any kind
• Anything else

There are zero third-party SDKs in the app. No Firebase, no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Facebook SDK, no advertising network. The app has no internet connection code at all (other than what's required by Apple's StoreKit for the optional subscription).

Subscriptions and payments

Resilo offers a 14-day free trial followed by an optional subscription (£6.99 / month or £24.99 / year) processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit 2. We never see your payment information. Apple handles billing, renewals, refunds, and family sharing. Subscription state is tied to your Apple ID, not to any account in Resilo (Resilo has no accounts).

You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation is immediate at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not delete any of your data.

Reset all data

Inside Resilo: Settings → Reset all data wipes everything stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud database. Your Apple ID subscription is NOT affected (it remains tied to your Apple ID and can be cancelled separately through iOS Settings). The trial state in Keychain is also preserved so we do not grant a fresh trial after a reset.

Children's privacy

Resilo is intended for users aged 13 and older. The onboarding flow blocks accounts under 13. We do not knowingly collect or process data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how Resilo handles data, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top.
