Privacy Policy

The short version. Workout Planner has no servers and collects none of your data. Everything you do in the app stays private to you — we can't see it, and nobody else can either.

What's stored on your device

Workout Planner keeps the following on your iPhone only:

Your profile and training preferences
Your workouts, sets, and weight log
Your bodyweight, protein log and reminder day, if you turn on companion mode
Your streaks, badges, and progress
Your app settings and reminders

It's sandboxed inside the app, so other apps on your phone can't read it.

What Workout Planner does not collect

Your name, email, phone, or address
Your location
Your photos, camera, microphone, or contacts
Any health data sent off your phone — nothing you log ever leaves the device, and we have no servers to send it to
Advertising identifiers
Analytics, crash reports, or usage data

There are no third-party trackers or ad networks in the app.

Subscriptions

Workout Planner Pro is an optional subscription handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. You can cancel any time in iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions, and cancelling never deletes your data.

Resetting your data

In the app, Settings → Reset all data deletes your profile, workouts, sets, weight log, streaks and badges from this device. Your subscription belongs to your Apple Account and comes straight back. Your remaining trial days are kept on this iPhone, so resetting does not hand you a fresh trial.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, we'll update the date at the top.
