To prevent trial abuse, Resilo stores the original install date in Apple's encrypted Keychain. This survives reinstall. If you genuinely lost your trial through a phone reset and want a fresh look, email us — we read every message.
No. Resilo has no servers and no analytics. All your data stays on your iPhone and (optionally) in your own private iCloud database. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.
No. Resilo is a fitness companion and does not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, or diagnose any condition. The app references GLP-1 medications (Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Zepbound, etc.) only to explain why preserving muscle while losing weight matters. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme — especially if you have a medical condition or take prescription medication.
Data export is on the v1.1 roadmap. In the meantime, your data is backed up automatically to your private iCloud (if you're signed in) and follows you across all your devices.
Yes. Resilo has a full wheelchair body type with its own exercise pool of 60+ moves spanning beginner through advanced. We don't believe accessibility means a watered-down version of the app — wheelchair users get the same generator, same level progression, same Advanced training. If something feels off, please email us.
Email us with: a description of what happened, what you were doing when it happened, and if possible a screenshot. Include your iOS version (Settings → General → About → Software Version) so we can reproduce it.
Inside Resilo: Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. This pulls your subscription state from your Apple ID — useful after reinstalling or switching devices.
Inside Resilo: Settings → Reset all data. This wipes everything locally and in your private iCloud database. Your Apple ID subscription is not affected — to cancel that, go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
