Workout Planner

Terms of Use

Last updated 21 August 2026

The short version. Workout Planner is an iPhone app you get from Apple's App Store. There is no account to make and nothing to sign up to. Workout Planner Pro is an optional subscription that Apple sells, charges and cancels — we never touch your payment details.

The licence

Downloading Workout Planner gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on the Apple devices you own. That licence is Apple's own standard one, and you can read it in full here: Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. It is the same agreement linked from the app's subscribe screen and from our App Store page.

Refunds

Apple takes the payment, so Apple handles refunds — we cannot issue one. Ask Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in the app went wrong, email us as well and we will fix it.

Your data

Everything you log stays on your iPhone. We have no servers and no way to see it. The privacy policy says exactly what is stored and what is not.

Fitness, not medicine

Workout Planner is a fitness companion. It does not diagnose anything, it does not prescribe anything, and it is not medical advice. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme, especially if you have a medical condition or take prescription medication.

Using it sensibly

Do not try to break the app, resell it, or pull it apart to make your own copy. That is the whole list.

Changes

If these terms ever change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
